Friends of the Rail Park

Friends of the Rail Park (FRP) is a three-mile park and infrastructure reuse project that intersects with Chinatown and downtown Philadelphia. FRP plans and advocates for the development of the park, advances equitable development strategies to ensure people in communities surrounding the Rail Park benefit from the investments made in this new greenspace. Its mission to build a bold, transformative, and inclusive public space that connects Philadelphia’s residents and visitors to the city and each other.
